Can a simulation game replicate real results about the adoption of a more scientific approach to entrepreneurial decision-making? In recent years, simulation games in the economic-managerial field have seen a progressive affirmation and perfectly integrated into the educational process traditional.
I developed, with BUILT (Bocconi University Innovation in Leanrning and Teaching) a simulatione game (“Start-up legend”) to measure the ability of player-entrepreneurs to make decisions and replicate how they would act in a real context.
I compare real and simulated results by running lab experiments using the simulation game.
